Professional Summary
Eleanor has been working with ETL GLOBAL UK for several years, beginning her career as an HR Advisor and progressing under the guidance of Sara and Peter Brassington. She played a key role in creating HR ETL, a centralised HR service within the organisation.
In her role, Eleanor has supported companies within the group that do not have an established HR function, helping to build these functions from the ground up while ensuring that the unique culture and values of each business are maintained.
Within the ETL GLOBAL UK Group, she leads the HR Forum, a biannual event held across the UK bringing HR professionals together to share best practices, discuss employment law, and provide a supportive environment for professional growth.
Before joining ETL, Eleanor built an extensive background in retail, working as a Team Manager. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for human resources.
