- Successfully recovered approximately £170,000 for a client who lost funds in an online cryptocurrency investment scam named ‘Trading Point’.
- Recovered over £100,000 of company funds lost to the fraudulent cryptocurrency platform ‘Atlantic Global Trade’, securing substantial funds at the bank stage and later achieving additional recovery through the UK Financial Ombudsman Service.
- Assisted an Insolvency Practitioner in recovering around £50,000 lost by a bankrupt individual to an online investment scam. This case demonstrates how Nic’s work supports Insolvency Practitioners in maximising returns for creditors, ensuring funds that might otherwise have been written off are now available for distribution.
