Mark Montaldo

Consultant Solicitor

Mark is a solicitor with 15 years of experience in ligitation and dispute resolution. During the early years of his career, he dealt with complex personal injury matters, with a focus on multi-jurisdictional litigation.

Mark was a member of the Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers, where he worked closely with lawyers from multiple jurisdictions in achieving six-figure settlements on behalf of clients. He then helped establish a number of teams specialising in property disputes. Mark regularly provides advice to both the Property Care Association and the Royal Insitution of Chartered Surveyors. He also managed one of the country’s largest housing disrepair teams. Most recently, Mark began specialising in financial mis-selling and fraud, making him a great asset to the WRS team!
